Join us to see one of the prettiest parts of the Confederation Trail on Prince Edward Island, and ride from St. Peter’s to Morell and back (24 km). You’ll see oyster beds, shining water, and fields of wild spring flowers. Given its railway heritage, the Confederation Trail spans 470km across PEI, has little to no grades and is well-drained. With a mission to create a shared spiritual adventure for sisters and local communities through bike rides, this will be an organized, recreational group ride at a pace for all ages with meaningful prayer stops. Join sisters from the Congregation of Notre-Dame de Montreal and Sisters of Saint Martha on a spiritual ride you won’t forget, supported by the prayers of Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Ragusa.
What is it?
Pray with us! You can join us virtually on the day of the event as we’re hoping to live stream the prayers
Ride with us! You’ll ride with Catholic sisters and other people of all ages who advocate for peace and justice. You don’t have to be a serious cyclist. Without stops, the ride is about 2 hours, so with stops, it will take a bit longer and give us a chance to gather our group and catch our breath. All levels of riders are welcome, though we recommend some practice rides so you can complete the 24 km.

Why should I ride?
There are lots of reasons why it’s great to ride! Cycling allows us to connect with nature, get some exercise, feel the wind in our faces, and have fun!
But the best reason? On our bike rides you get to know Sisters, to pray with them along the way, and to share the joy and freedom of the ride together!
See you on October 3rd, when we’ll bring together prayer, action and an awesome ride!
